We offer a range of support packages designed to suit businesses of all sizes. Below is a breakdown of our packages; please note that these packages are flexible and can be tailored to your specific requirements – just ask.
*Upgrades to major versions charged separately.
**Any time required to fix broken extensions, add additional features or any other services will be charged separately. The client must pay any extension fees before the install can commence.
***Issues must be reported before 2pm (1pm on Friday) for 2 hour response time. Any issues reported after this time may be dealt with the following working day.
We can also offer support on an ad-hoc basis. Ad-hoc support is generally scheduled within 3 -5 days of an issue being reported. This excludes server outages, which are dealt with immediately.
Ad-hoc support is charged at an hourly rate.
For businesses without a support contract – or clients who want an issue investigated sooner than the turnaround time stated in their support contract – we can provide emergency support.
This service is charged at an hourly rate and is for severe issues only. Text amends, minor bugs and extension installs are not covered by our emergency support option.
