Your Business Logo
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. This mantra which can be applied to all parts of business life especially when thinking about your business logo.
You business logo, which is usually emblazoned on business cards, letterheads, websites and more, can be the first introduction to your business that a customer or supplier will receive. A poorly designed, poorly planned logo can be as damaging to your reputation as showing up to an interview in this season’s football top, tracksuit bottoms and bright white trainers; unless you’re in the business of sportswear.
Business logos are often formulated at the same time as the business plan, or more often than not, the business idea i.e. in the formative stages of your business. At this stage of the business it is often a scary prospect to think about spending money on advertising (of all things) before having made your first sale which is why many logos remain in their “back of a beer mat” state until much later in the business when the damage to your brand has already begun.
Spending the money early to hire a professional graphic designer to create a logo is more of an investment than an expense. A quality business logo (along with a good idea) can open doors for you that badly designed and poorly received business logo cannot. Afterall, much decision making is based on perception; hiring a professional graphic designer will ensure that your business logo (and therefore your business) is perceived as something, dependable, recognizable and trustworthy.
Many professional graphic designers are aware that finding the right icon for your business is not as simple as picking a logo from a catalogue and so will design several variations for you around themes that are agreed in your initial consulation; included in the price will also be a number of tweaks and colour changes so that the logo can be tailoured to exactly suit your needs.
As part of Fluid Creativity’s Identity and Branding service we can help you to build a vibrant and recognizable brand through logo, stationary and Website Design.
