  • Junior Copywriter

    Love writing? Have bags of creativity? Then you might just be perfect for our Junior Copywriter role.

    This is an exciting position in one of the most talented digital marketing teams in the country, working with a diverse range of clients on a number of campaigns.

    We’re big on content at Fluid Creativity, so you’ll be playing an integral part in the team. This role is perfect for anyone looking to get their break in digital marketing, with training and expertise provided.

    On a day-to-day basis, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

    • Writing blog posts and site copy that appeal to audiences and benefit SEO
    • Blogger outreach: guest posts, advertorials, press releases and more
    • Assisting with the creation of ongoing content plans and campaigns
    • Updating social media accounts and devising campaigns.

    We’re looking for someone with following skills and attributes:

    • Demonstrable writing skills – provide us with samples of your best work!
    • An adaptable writing style; you’ll be working with clients across a range of sectors.
    • Excellent research skills
    • Superb communication skills, as the role involves contacting bloggers and editors on a regular basis
    • Dedication, creativity and a friendly personality!

    The following skills are preferable but not essential, as training will be provided as part of the role. Don’t hesitate to apply if you have great writing skills!

    • Educated to a degree level
    • A basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing and content marketing – we’ll train you on the more technical elements

  • Trainee PHP Developer

    Our trainee developer role is designed for bright new graduates and talented newcomers alike.

    We know that great developers don’t need 10 years of agency experience to contribute impressive work. That’s why the Fluid trainee scheme is designed to take your existing strengths and build on them throughout your training period. We’ll enhance what you know and bring you up to speed on what you don’t – after all, if you were an expert you’d be going for our senior development role!

    Required Skills:

    Ability to use Object Oriented PHP5 to create reusable, scalable and maintainable code

    • Experience using at least one CMS system

    • Working knowledge of CSS (including CSS3)

  • Digital Account Manager

    Enjoy life on the frontline? Our Digital Account Manager role is integral to the way we approach our clients. We don’t just want to satisfy our existing clients, we want to go above and beyond to deliver solutions that truly impact their business. Sound like a challenge you could take on?

    As a Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for building successful, long term and profitable relationships with our clients.

    As a client’s primary point of contact you’ll manage communication throughout a digital project or campaign, provide strategic consultation and propose new ideas that add to our clients’ success and grow their accounts.

    Responsibilities

    • The day to day management of accounts, including providing regular project updates and handling client requests 
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ businesses and industry to enable you to assist strategically and identify sales opportunities
    • Grow and nurture client accounts by building strong relationships on the back of trust, partnership and shared success 
    • Plan and implement long term account development strategies that create opportunities to grow accounts and increase profit 
    • Commercial management of client accounts, including regular revenue forecasting and reporting
    • Gathering client requirements, writing project briefs and briefing internal team members (creative, developers & online marketers) 
    • Working alongside a Project Manager to ensure effective resource management 
    • Assist with the development of internal procedures and processes to improve business performance

    Skills and attributes

    • A minimum of 3 years experience working within a digital or integrated marketing agency 
    • A background in working with a range of b2b and b2c clients
    • Experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of digital design and build including research, strategy, information architecture, user experience, user testing and analytics. 
    • Experienced and knowledgeable in website development. Specific experience of Magento, WordPress, Joomla and Drupal would be beneficial
    • An understanding of online marketing including SEO, PPC, Social Media and Content Marketing 
    • Commercially minded 
    • Adaptable and flexible to changes in process and procedures
    • Natural problem solver and ability to perform to a high standard in high pressure situations
    • Excellent communicator and influencer 
    • Confident at dealing with, presenting to and negotiating with clients at all levels
