Careers – We’re Hiring!

It has been said that a career at Fluid Creativity is a little like being a formula one driver. It’s fun, fast-paced and coasting isn’t really our style.

No one will send you home if you show up in your trainers either.

Because we know that a suit, tie and grey cubicles just aren’t at home in a creative agency. So we strip back the corporate and create a working culture you’ll actually want to be part of.

10 good reasons to send us your CV:

  • A great working environment in a Facebook-esque open-plan office
  • An Investors in People certified workplace
  • Training and development opportunities (both in-house and external)
  • 20 days holiday per year, increasing 1 day per year of service
  • Happy Birthday to YOU – a day off on your special day
  • Health benefit scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Childcare voucher scheme
  • Regular participation in competitive eating (ahem social activities)
  • An on-site gym to mitigate said competitive eating

But enough about us, we want to know all about you. Here’s our latest vacancies:

  • Middleweight/ Senior Digital Designer with UX experience

Do you have a passion for UX design and the latest methodologies and 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a relevant role? Then an excellent opportunity has arisen for you to join one of the best digital agencies in the North. You’ll be responsible for producing stunning responsive designs to improve user engagement, conversion and user satisfaction.

Experience in working in an agency environment is a must, as is experience in E-commerce and the ability to draw by hand. The ideal candidate will show fresh, creative thinking across a range of disciplines. You’ll have the responsibility of leading the design process, and so must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work well with our existing team and collaborate productively with our developers to ensure the product you’re working on is the best that it can be.

Do you want to work with the best?

Send us 6-8 quality projects that showcase your UX design and E-commerce experience, including examples of wireframing and sitemaps and links to any digital projects you’ve been involved in. Send these, along with your CV, in pdf format to careers@fluidcreativity.co.uk and we’ll take a look at what you can do!
